Green Suites is a new Residence which combines the charme of the indoor space with the comfort of hotel services, to guarantee the best stay our guests can have.

The building is located in Casinalbo di Formigine near Baggiovara Hospital and just few minutes from the cities of Modena, Maranello and Sassuolo. Its environment is green, surrounded by trees and gardens and faces the beautiful summer pool Green Club.

The units, divided in two separate buildings next to each other, are different by size and type, all with the perfect solutions for your daily, weekly or monthly stay:

Green Suites Apartments
Studio Flat: elegant oepn-space apartments on the ground floor equipped with kitchen, living room, bathroom with large shower, tv 32”/42”, wifi and Sky hotel channels.
One-bedroom apartments: a separated night and day area, balcony, kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom, wifi, two 32” and 42” tvs, Sky hotel channels.
Maisonette: attics on the last floor of the building, very cozy and beautifully furnished with separated night and day area, kitchen, bathroom with large shower, wifi, two 32” and 42” tvs, Sky hotel channels.

Green Suites Dependance
Villette: flats on the ground floor with independent entrance, open-space night and day area, kitchen, large bathroom, one tv, wifi and Sky hotel channels.

One-bedroom apartments: flats with separated night and day area, kitchen with living room and sofa, bathroom, two tvs, wifi and Sky hotel channels, some of them have a balcony.
Two-bedroom rooms apartments: flats on the ground floor with separated night and day area, kitchen with living room and sofa, bathroom, three tvs, wifi and Sky hotel channels.
Attics: modern flats with large and open space living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower, beautiful terrace with panoramic view on the outdoor summer pools and the Cimone mountain.

Services included: utilities (electricity, hot and cold water, heating), air conditioned in Summer time, wifi- internet, outdoor free parking and not reserved, cleaning of the apartment with linen change (towel set, bedsheets) once a week, usage of the fully equipped kitchen, 24h concierge, ordinary maintenances.

Upon request (on availability) and on reservation, access to the Green Club outdoor summer pools (3), equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, drink and snack bar with fast lunch. At the pools you can also find 3 padel courts open all year round, on reservation.

Currently no city tax is due in Formigine. Pets might be allowed on request (1 of small size) and only at discretion of the management, with surcharge.

Mandatory final cleaning fee of the apartment is due at the end of the stay.
